Senior Agile Coach | Stockholm or Sandviken
Summary
Our client is in the process of an IT transformation which includes moving to a Business Lead IT model, empowering team and adopting agile ways of working. The transformation plan has already been designed and now is the time to go into more detail regarding agile ways of working and governance.
What You’ll Do
You will educate and mentor our leaders and upcoming agile coaches as we adopt new ways of working on our Agile journey to becoming more customer-centric
You will teach us about agile methodologies such as stand-ups, sprints, SCRUM and Kanban
You seek to ensure agile ways of working are clearly understood, well practised and fit for purpose
You encourage self-organisation and collaborative team spirit.
You challenge us to do what is right, not what is easy
You will help us to set up and conduct ceremonies
You support us with communication, collaboration, facilitate decision making and conflict resolution
Who You Are
Must be currently located in Sweden [sponsorship not available]
Must be able to work from the Stockholm or the Sandviken office locations
Minimum 4 years experience coaching individuals or teams in Agile
Your role as an Agile Coach requires you to be the evangelist of the agile mindset with a passion to spread new ways of working through our culture. You have great people skills, strong passion, a practical knowledge of agile and the courage to stand-up, be curious and creative.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with knowledge of different Agile Frameworks and deep understanding of the pros and cons of different approches. Experience from implementation of Agile Ways of Working, including scaling agile in a large organization. Experience from setting the governance and coordination needed when scaling agile. Experience from developing methods and ways of working, and ability to document the results.
